Priced on travel time
Delivery is charged on the time it takes us to get to you and back, plus unloading, at a flat rate for our driver and vehicle. Weekday traffic is built in.

Where toll roads get us to you faster, we use them, and the tolls are built into your zone price. No surprise extras.

We'll take the old ones away: $100 per piece
When we deliver your new mattress, our team can carry out your old mattress and ensemble base and take them to a specialist mattress recycler in Western Sydney. The steel springs, foam, timber and fabric are taken apart and reused wherever possible, instead of going to landfill.
- Booked with your new mattress. Tick "Take away my old mattress or base" when you add a mattress to your cart, or ask us in store.
- Mattresses and ensemble bases, $100 per piece. A mattress and its base count as two. Just choose how many when you order.
- Recycled wherever possible by a social enterprise that also creates local jobs.
What can you deliver?
These delivery prices cover mattresses, bases, bed frames and bedroom furniture. Wallbeds are delivered and installed by our Sydney Wallbeds team and quoted separately, so please contact us or visit sydneywallbeds.com.au. Pillows are sent by post.
When will my order arrive?
We deliver on weekdays between 9am and 5pm. Once your order is placed we'll call you to arrange a delivery day. Longer country runs are often combined, so we'll let you know the next available date.

If you're outside our delivery area, call us on (02) 9879 4226 and we'll quote it for you, or you're welcome to pick up from our Gladesville showroom.
Can you take my old mattress and base away?
Yes. We take old mattresses and ensemble bases for $100 per piece, booked with the delivery of a new mattress. You choose how many pieces we take, for example an old queen mattress and its base count as two pieces. We collect it when we deliver and have it recycled wherever possible. It isn't available with click & collect or as a separate service.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, choose free click & collect at checkout. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, but please wait for our call to confirm your order is ready before coming in. Collect from our showroom at 1A/28 Buffalo Road, Gladesville, open 7 days, 9am – 5pm.
